We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Senior E-Commerce Associate to oversee the seamless operation of our online sales platforms, product management, promotions and site merchandising. This role requires strong cross-functional collaboration, analytical skills, and hands-on management of digital storefronts to drive sales growth, optimize customer experience, and maintain operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

KPIs

• Track weekly e-commerce performance and analyze customer behavior to inform optimizations
• Ensure a positive, consistent customer experience across all platforms

Site Merchandising

• Lead visual updates and seasonal page builds (homepage, PLPs, navigation)
• Plan and execute weekly site layouts to promote seasonal and core collections

Promotions

• Build and QA promotions across Magento, Amazon, BigCommerce, and TikTok Shop
• Collaborate with Brand, Digital Marketing, and Tech teams to ensure seamless execution

SEO & Site Performance

• Optimize product pages and perform SEO audits to improve search visibility
• Publish blog content and resolve site issues with Tech and Customer Service

Product Management

• Manage SKUs, catalogs, and inventory mapping (US & CA) in Magento and NetSuite
• Build product bundles, track performance, and lead GWP and loyalty promotions
• Create assets and ensure accurate setup in collaboration with Planning and Customer Service

Amazon Marketplace

• Oversee catalog setup, storefront updates, and seasonal launches
• Execute content strategy including Premium A+ and Amazon posts
• Monitor account health and coordinate with Amazon Customer Success Manager

Creative

• Coordinate web asset requests and support site refreshes
• Upload and QA creative for cross-device consistency

Skills & Experience:

• 2 Years of E-Commerce Associate experience
• Understanding of HTML, Magento, Yotpo, Big Commerce, Shopify and Amazon Seller Central
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Strong communication skills
• Experience with SEO, Looker Studio
