IRCODE is seeking a talented and experienced Content Designer/
Graphic Designer to join our creative team. This full-time role will involve
collaborating with our internal creative, marketing, and site teams to create
visually appealing assets for digital, social, and paid channels, as well as
marketing and event collateral. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional
attention to detail, a sharp eye for visual design, and a strong understanding
of brand guidelines.

*Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the creative, marketing, and digital teams to execute the brand's creative vision.Design assets for digital, social, and paid channels, ensuring alignment with brand standards and objectives.Develop marketing and event collateral that enhances the brand's presence.Ensure all design work adheres to brand guidelines
and objectives.Own projects from start to finish, working
autonomously while welcoming feedback and collaboration.

*Required Qualifications:

Prior design experience with a strong portfolio of design projects.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.) and Figma.

Experience with motion graphics software.Knowledge of site UX best practices.Experience developing social assets across multiple channels and platforms.Strong conceptual thinker with experience in both digital and print design.

Solid understanding of graphic/web design principles and current web technologies (HTML, CSS).Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.Ability to demonstrate initiative and provide complete follow-through on areas of responsibility.

Location and Work Environment:This position is remote in the Us, preferably the candidates should be in Houston Texas.
