What You’ll Do

• Lead end-to-end automation projects with full autonomy and ownership
• Architect and design scalable RPA solutions using UiPath and supporting technologies
• Conduct code reviews, optimize performance, and enforce coding standards
• Create custom code (primarily in VB.NET or C#) and reusable components
• Leverage advanced UiPath tools like AI Center, Apps, and Document Understanding
• Collaborate with stakeholders to challenge assumptions and reimagine processes
• Implement DevOps best practices including CI/CD pipelines and code migration workflows
• Integrate solutions with external systems using SQL, APIs, and webhooks
• Mentor junior developers, ensure deliverables meet high-quality standards, and hold the team accountable for timelines and output
• Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences, including leadership
