• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in Salesforce development, including Apex, LWC, and integrations.
• 2+ years of experience in Salesforce DevOps, CI/CD, and release automation.
• Strong hands-on experience with DevOps tools such as Gearset, Copado, Jenkins, Git, Bitbucket, SFDX, ANT.
• Experience with version control systems and branching/merging strategies.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture, data modeling, and governor limits.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II, DevOps Specialist, Application Architect are a plus.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Salesforce DX (SFDX) and Unlocked Packages.
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools and performance tuning.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party APIs and middleware (e.g., MuleSoft).
