Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all customers
- Assist customers in finding the right products and making purchasing decisions
- Operate cash register and handle financial transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions
- Meet or exceed sales goals and targets
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store objectives
Requirements:
- Fluent in English and Spanish to effectively communicate with bilingual customers
- Strong organizational skills to manage inventory and keep track of sales
- Previous experience with cash register operations and handling financial transactions
- Knowledge of retail math for calculating discounts, taxes, and change
- Experience in sales, particularly in electronics, technical, or wireless sales, is preferred but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers
