We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in developing and executing innovative marketing strategies that drive brand awareness and customer engagement. This position requires a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and a deep understanding of the marketing landscape. As the Marketing Specialist, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance our marketing efforts and achieve business objectives.

Duties

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business goals.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive analysis.
• Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and advertising platforms.
• Create comprehensive small and large CRE packages from start to finish.
• Listing proposals, Offering Memorandums, Surveys, and Marketing reports.
• Create print materials including flyer, postcards and mailers.
• Oversee the execution of marketing automation processes to enhance customer engagement.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure effective positioning and messaging.
• Create compelling content for various marketing channels, including blogs, newsletters, and social media posts.
• Analyze campaign performance metrics to inform future marketing strategies and improve ROI.
• Lead advertising sales initiatives to maximize revenue opportunities.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing.

Skills

• Proven experience in advertising and digital marketing strategies.
• Proficiency in marketing automation tools and techniques.
• Strong understanding of social media marketing platforms and best practices.
• Excellent research skills with the ability to analyze market data effectively.
• Experience in product management is a plus.
• Proficient in email marketing strategies that drive engagement.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
