Help Bring Music and Meaningful Stories to Life
Fair Trade Services is looking for a Marketing Coordinator who is passionate about music, digital marketing, and creating campaigns that connect artists with their audiences. In this role, you’ll work alongside our Marketing team to help plan and execute campaigns for Fair Trade’s roster of artists, supporting releases from early planning through launch and promotion.
You’ll manage social media calendars, coordinate content creation with videographers, editors, and photographers, support DSP pitching, and monitor social platforms for emerging trends and opportunities. You’ll also help manage digital advertising campaigns, coordinate video releases, track campaign performance, and work directly with artists and managers to keep schedules, content, and release timelines moving forward.
This is an opportunity for someone who loves the intersection of music, creativity, and digital marketing and wants hands-on experience helping artists and their music reach and engage audiences.
Position Requirements
We’re looking for someone with a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field and 1–3 years of experience, preferably in digital marketing, social media management, media, or a related area.
You should bring a strong understanding of marketing principles and be comfortable working across major social media and digital advertising platforms, including tools such as Google and Meta. Strong project management, organization, written and verbal communication, and attention to detail are essential, along with the ability to manage multiple artists, campaigns, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who is passionate about Christian and Gospel music, enjoys collaborating with creative teams and artist partners, and is excited to contribute to Fair Trade Services’ Christ-centered mission and values.
