Holds the accountability for ensuring the retail stores pricing file accurately reflects the B.R.Data host file by following daily procedures that process and apply item batches to our front-end check stands. While their heaviest load is the support of Grocery, they must be able to remain global and be focused on supporting each department fully. They facilitate and take the lead on sharing processes that support the department teams own role in our commitment to accurate data management. They participate in sharing the responsibility of maintaining an items expected gross margin by being the primary B.R.Data user focused on the essential fields of data. They act as gatekeepers to Uwajimayas guidelines for signage and must be effective communicators with Department Managers and Central POS, Merchandising and other corporate resources. They uphold all company standards on B.R.Data security and the company processes for how we work within our systems item files. Our tag integrity ensures our customers trust in our communicated retail price.

Retail Pricing Coordinator's main responsibilities are:

• Processes and applies all daily department item batches, ensures the signage output is correct and facilitates all tag and signage hanging on the sales floor.
• Preps for Weekly Ads, Alcohol updates and any corporate driven TPR in advance of start date.
• Creates priority to sequence of work through understanding the impact to the customer experience. Externally advertised items take priority.
• Processes all pricing batches according to their start dates and ends all promotional pricing at the appropriate date.
• Ensures the proper signage style and format is used for the department design and is hung according to Uwajimaya Marketing standards.
• Walks the store regularly to ensure no item lacks a shelf tag or display sign, is in poor condition or out of date.

Qualifications

Job Requirements:

• Preferred B.R.Data software experience
• Required strong ability to navigate a computer using Microsoft Windows and its applications
• Prior retail experience and Asian products preferred
• Excellent customer service
• Basic math skills
• Flexible schedule
• Ability to multi-tasks and prioritize.
• Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or its equivalent
