Our client, a retail chain of home improvement and agriculture stores, is seeking a Fixture Coordinator for a 3+ month contract to hire position. This role is fully remote with a preference for candidates local to the Nashville area.

Day to Day:

• Assist in creation of capital expenditure requests (CER) for Merchandising Presentation team. Duties will include gathering information, creating CER, input of supporting documentation, disseminating approvals to relevant parties, and budget alignment and reporting to stakeholders.
• Assist team with purchase order requests both manual and technology based. Duties would include Fixture Barn orders, new store orders, retail initiatives, punch lists and corporate project requests.
• Work punch list items for new stores and corporate initiatives ensuring timely ordering of fixtures and collateral.
• Coordinate and traffic Service Now tickets and Store Planning mailbox issues working those that can be answered and delegating when necessary to team members.
• Review and submit invoice approvals through proper channels. Duties would include compliance to all financial obligations both CER and VAC related.
• Work with Fixture Team and suppliers to support fixture and collateral requests for ongoing retail initiatives and corporate directives.
• Assists with fixture and point of purchase inventory procurement to ensure we have supply to support store requests, retail initiatives, new stores and corporate initiatives.
• Learn and understand all aspects of fixture/collateral development and procurement to assist the team where needed.
• Assist in development and refinement of processes and procedures. Duties include managing shared folders, digital asset management, and streamlining information flow.
• Perform other duties as assigned

Must Haves:

• Proficient in Excel
• Fixture(gondola, wide span, pallet racking) knowledge and experience

Preferences:

• Ariba or SAP finance background
• Retail experience
• Local to the Nashville area so they are able to come onsite every now and then if needed

Pay Rate- $24.14- $25.00
