## Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Fine Jewelry Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for luxury jewelry and a flair for customer service, creating memorable experiences for our clientele.

## Responsibilities
- Utilize product knowledge to assist customers in selecting fine jewelry pieces
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and offering guidance on jewelry selection
- Conduct product demonstrations and educate customers on the features and benefits of various pieces
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems to process transactions accurately
- Demonstrate effective phone etiquette when handling customer inquiries or follow-ups
- Utilize technology sales techniques to showcase jewelry products effectively
- Upsell additional items to enhance the customer's shopping experience

## Requirements
- Proven experience in retail sales, with a focus on fine jewelry or luxury goods preferred
- Strong communication skills with proficiency in English; multilingual abilities are a plus
- Ability to engage customers and build lasting relationships
- Familiarity with technical aspects of jewelry products for effective sales pitches
- Demonstrated success in upselling and meeting sales targets
