Responsibilities:

• The job entails searching the MLS
• Analyzing market data
• Running regression analysis
• Loading comparables into appraisal reports
• Searching various sites to enter into appraisal reports, etc.

Requirements:

• This would be great for a person with a current or previously registered trainee, current or previously licensed appraiser BPO specialist, or certified appraiser that doesn't want to work in the field.
• Experience with Alamode Software (Wintotal, Total, etc.), Datamaster, or Redstone a big plus.
