Expectations Commitments

• 3 months of intense training with an excellent 90-day performance evaluation
• 1-year term with this position once completely trained
• Receptive to being coachable and consulting with the team leaders on ideas and concerns
• Commit to attending daily training (2hr)
• Good standing license (if already licensed)

Compensation $80,000 - $100,000 yearly

Responsibilities

• Participate in 18+ transactions in one year (12 months)
• Be responsive and flexible to client's needs and their schedule
• Be able to meet clients for home tours within 60 mins if requested, if necessary
• Follow up with clients
• Schedule showings
• Draft offers
• Prepare CMAs
• Attend property inspections
• Attend closings
• Prepare inspection amendments
• Work with the TC
• Attend final walkthroughs
• Attendance to daily scheduled team meetings/coaching
