Real Estate Agent

Job Description:

The role of a real estate agent is to provide support to the sales team while working with the real estate team to execute on the sale of properties. This position will assist the real estate team in managing the properties and assisting in any additional tasks that may arise. The agent will be expected to provide excellent customer service and be able to work well with others. The agent will also be expected to work with a team and communicate with real estate agents and other staff in order to ensure that all tasks are completed in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

• Real Estate License (Required)
• Real Estate License (Preferred)
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast paced environment
• Ability to work well under pressure, meet deadlines, and take initiative
• Ability to handle multiple tasks at once and prioritize priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to listen carefully, speak clearly, and solve problems.
• A passion for real estate or an interest in helping others through real estate education preferred but not required.
