POSITION SUMMARY

Radiology Partners is seeking an RCM Information Management Analyst responsible for operational reporting and data analysis support for the RCM Quality team within the revenue cycle management department.

POSITION DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Apply advanced knowledge to collect, verify and analyze information relative to RCM Quality objectives.
• Analyze large data sets to identify key insights that can be leveraged strategically.
• Participate in defining business user requirements for data analytic reports and scorecards.
• Manage collection and data workflows in SmartSheet application.
• By way of data analysis, identify weaknesses in current business processes, recommend redesign, and follow through to implementation.
• Complete ad hoc report requests from within the department and from external department customers.
• Perform the duties of a Quality Performance Associates as needed, including but not limited to audits of coder adherence to quality performance assessment.
• Exercise good judgment in prioritizing work responsibilities.
• Duties may be modified or assigned at any time to meet the needs of the business.

DESIRED TECHNICAL AND PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s Degree or 5+ years of related business field experience highly preferred
• SQL Server Management Studio experience highly preferred
• Healthcare revenue cycle experience, preferred
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
• Strong analytic, quantitative, and problem-solving skills
• Highly motivated self-started who is an excellent team player
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong organizational skills with an ability to effectively manage large amounts of detailed information
