Our Client, a Global Investment Bank, is looking for a Data driven Project Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Data Analysis & Management: Collect, clean, and analyze financial and operational data across PC&E strategies, market research, and internal systems.
• Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies across various internal processes, proposing and implementing solutions to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with investment, operations, and technology teams to gather requirements and deliver tailored analytical solutions.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Data Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years in a data-focused role, preferably within private equity, investment banking, consulting, or financial services.
• Strong project management skills, including project planning and control, stakeholder management, status tracking and reporting, issue, risk and budget management
• Proven track record of working with large datasets and delivering actionable insights through reporting.
• Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, expereince with PowerBI or Tableau
• Preferred experience with eFront, Salesforce, and portfolio management software.
• Industry Knowledge: Understanding of private equity lifecycle (deal sourcing, due diligence, portfolio management, exit strategies) is preferred.
• Communication: Polished written and verbal communication skills able to effectively interact and influence a diverse set of business and technical stakeholders.
• Analytical Thinking: Ability to break down complex datasets into clear, actionable insights.
• Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in data handling and reporting.
• Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and deliver under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Problem-Solving: Proactive approach to identifying and resolving data-related challenges.
• Team Player: Collaborative mindset with a willingness to support cross-functional teams.
