Position Overview: The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the food production process, including the planning and directing of activities and personnel. The Production Supervisor will ensure the production process is run efficiently, effectively, and safely, while maintaining quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
 

• Create and review production schedules to ensure all production requirements are met in a timely manner.
• Monitor the production process and identify areas of improvement.
• Train, direct, and motivate production staff to ensure performance and quality standards are met.
• Ensure production equipment is maintained and that health and safety standards are adhered to.
• Interpret production data and analyze reports to identify areas of improvement and optimize production output.
• Keep accurate records of production activities.
• Resolve production issues and develop solutions.
   

Qualifications
 

• 3+ years of production experience.
• 2+ years of production management experience.
• Experience in food production.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
