Department Profile
Operations is one of the largest divisions in the firm and has diverse responsibilities, including correctly settling and recording millions of transactions per day, identifying, and mitigating all operational risks, developing strong client relationships, and partnering with technology to realize the full potential of IT and e-solutions. Throughout, the Operations department continually seeks ways to improve while actively supporting the development of new businesses, structures and markets.

Primary Responsibilities
Project integration focusing on Reg T and Reg U Margin calculations.
Objectives include analysis of potential lending guideline changes, forecasting impact of new project or regulatory control implementations, assisting with test scripts and testing and working closely with Business, Credit and Risk and IT stakeholders to deliver releases
Data analysis focusing on stress testing portfolios for industry, sector, country risk, and market dislocation exposures
Combine data analytics and strategic planning to prioritize work backlog, create innovative solutions and drive business decisions through benefit metrics
Process automation with Access, Excel VBA, SQL, JavaScript, and Python
Training, development, and management of team members and oversight of key projects and initiatives
Interface with stakeholders and senior management to align strategies, report progress, achievements, significant issues, key metrics, and risks
