This role is designed for a senior frontend engineering expert who wants to shape and scale a high-impact SaaS platform used by thousands of organizations. You will lead the development of complex, large-scale frontend systems that power analytics, marketing, and engagement tools for mission-driven customers. Working in a fully remote, collaborative product engineering environment, you will own features end-to-end—from design and architecture through deployment and ongoing maintenance. The role combines deep technical leadership with hands-on development in React and TypeScript, with a strong emphasis on performance, scalability, and maintainability. You will partner closely with designers, backend engineers, and stakeholders to translate business needs into elegant, production-ready solutions. This is a high-ownership role where your work directly influences product quality, user experience, and long-term platform evolution.

Accountabilities

1. Lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable frontend applications using React and TypeScript, ensuring performance, security, and long-term maintainability.
2. Own features across the full development lifecycle, including planning, implementation, testing, deployment, monitoring, and ongoing improvements.
3. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to define requirements and deliver intuitive, high-quality user experiences.
4. Break down complex technical challenges into actionable components and deliver robust, production-ready solutions aligned with business needs.
5. Participate in code reviews, mentor other engineers, and help establish best practices for frontend architecture and development standards.
6. Integrate frontend applications with APIs and backend services while ensuring reliability, scalability, and data integrity.

Requirements

1. 6+ years of software engineering experience with a strong focus on SaaS and large-scale frontend systems.
2. Expertise in React and TypeScript, with demonstrated experience building and maintaining complex, production-grade applications.
3. Strong understanding of REST APIs, frontend-backend integration, and data modeling for scalable applications.
4. Experience with automated testing practices and maintaining high code quality in production environments.
5. Proven ability to own and deliver end-to-end software features in fast-paced, product-driven teams.
6. Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
7. Experience with CI/CD workflows, containerized environments, or tools like Storybook is a plus.
