We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Post Closing Shipper/coordinator to join our team. This is an entry-level position and the ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accurate review and timely delivery of closed loan files to investors.

Responsibilities:

• Review closing packages for completion & accuracy ensuring they meet specific investor requirements for delivery.
• Communicate with internal parties to obtain missing documents or corrections.
• Reviews the files for confirmation of lock status and confirms a valid expiration date.
• Prepare/scan/ship closing packages in accordance with investor requirements and procedures.
• Update LOS record of shipped files
• Assist with collateral receiving, shipping to warehouses, and other aspects of the post-closing process on an as-needed basis.
• Assist with fulfilling trailing document requests from investors
• Manage personal pipeline to ensure deadlines are met
• Other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications and Experience:

• Must be able to work onsite in Calabasas, CA
• Knowledge of basic mortgage documents is a plus ( or ability to learn and retain)
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Ability to organize and complete multiple tasks
• Strong attention to details
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast paced, and positive environment
• Adaptability to changes in procedures & guidelines
• Work well under time constraints
• Proficient in using basic computer software and the internet.
• High level of integrity and confidentiality required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
