Job Description:


We are looking to add a Yourgi Paid Media Manager to our team!



LOCATION: Fully Remote (U.S.-based & occasional travel)

REPORTS TO: Director of Marketing



CORE RESPONSIBILITES:

  • Develop and manage a full-funnel paid media strategy across platforms including Meta, Google, YouTube, LinkedIn, Reddit, TikTok, TV, out-of-home, and others
  • Lead media planning, buying, budgeting, testing frameworks, and ongoing optimization
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, translating data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations
  • Track, manage, and report on all paid media spend
  • Collaborate with creative and content teams to ensure assets are optimized for performance and aligned with brand standards
  • Partner with influencer, organic social, and lifecycle marketing leads to maintain cohesive messaging and integrated channel strategies
  • Stay informed on platform updates, algorithm shifts, competitive trends, and emerging ad technologies
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, including Meta, Google, and TikTok reps
  • Oversee proper implementation of pixels, conversion tracking, UTMs, and event-based targeting in partnership with dev and analytics teams
  • Support forecasting efforts for spend, performance, and acquisition targets
  • Contribute to crisis management planning alongside our PR agency


REQUIREMENTS:

Education & Experience:


  • 5–7+ years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns in-house or at an agency, ideally within a fast-paced DTC, marketplace, or service-based environment
  • Demonstrated expertise in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads, with strong experience running multi-channel performance campaigns
  • Strong understanding of digital media measurement, attribution models, and performance analytics
  • Proven ability to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights
  • Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Experience supporting both B2C and B2B acquisition strategies is a plus
  • Passion for pets and an interest in making pet care simpler is a bonus
