Overall Client Pitch: SMG South Lake Union is located in the hub of Amazon, microsoft etc right on SLU. They see a heavy adult population and have a mix of virtual and in-person visits. This clinic has 4.75 physicians and 4.5 MAs once fully staffed.

Parking/Transportation: parking garage avail which is currently free. If that changes, once hired FTE SMG will give a $200 monthly parking stipend

Shift: M-F 8am-5pm (could bring back a saturday clinic in the future)

Immediate opening for a Medical Assistant to join our primary care team that serves the South Lake community! This MA will work one-on-one with a busy Primary Care provider.

Day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Rooming, histories and vitals for 15-20 patients/day
• EKGs
• Injections
• Assisting with procedures (like colposcopy)
• Charting using EPIC EMR
• Verbal and written communication with patients and medical staff
• Provide a high level of customer service

To qualify for this position applicants must:

• Have an MA-C or MA-IC through the Department of Health prior to starting
• Be comfortable working with both adults and pediatric patients
• Have a proven track record of excellent customer service
