Job Description:

Own the marketing technology and web backbone — HubSpot, the website, campaign tracking, attribution, and executive reporting — so every campaign deploys cleanly and every marketing dollar is traceable to a program, persona, and location. This is a foundational hire; nothing downstream in the plan is deployable or measurable without it.

Duties

  • Administer HubSpot as the central hub: lead capture, email/SMS, workflows, and reporting.
  • Own the website end-to-end: WordPress landing page creation, page design and builds, updates, and ongoing site management.
  • Deploy campaigns across web, email, and connected channels; own the technical execution layer from build to launch.
  • Implement and enforce the campaign-code (PROGRAM-PERSONA) and UTM tracking taxonomy across every channel.
  • Build and maintain attribution and location-level cost-per-student and ROI reporting.
  • Produce the marketing performance dashboard and the data feed for the weekly Tower Report.
  • Stand up and manage lifecycle / email nurture programs until the function grows into its own role.

Required qualifications

  • 3+ years in marketing operations, marketing technology, or CRM/marketing-automation administration.
  • Hands-on HubSpot (or comparable CRM/MAP) administration experience.
  • Working proficiency in WordPress: building landing pages and templates, managing plugins, and maintaining a production site.
  • Strong analytical skills; fluency with attribution, UTMs, dashboards, and spreadsheets.
  • Track record standing up tracking and reporting from limited or missing baselines.

Preferred

  • Front-end skills (HTML/CSS, page builders such as Elementor or WPBakery) and landing-page CRO experience.
  • Education, workforce/trade, or multi-location services marketing experience.
  • SQL or BI tools (Looker, Power BI) and familiarity with paid-media platform reporting.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $92,000.00 per year
