*Job Summary*

We are seeking a talented Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive sales. Preference is given to residents of MN, NC and AZ.

*Duties*

- Plan and execute targeted marketing campaigns using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Octopus IO, and Lead Post to drive lead generation and engagement.

- Analyze and report on the performance of marketing campaigns

- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for lead generation

- Manage and optimize our HubSpot CRM for effective customer relationship managment and reporting.

- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and keep current with industry trends.

- Assist with other marketing activities as needed, including social media management and email marketing.

*Qualifications*

- Proven experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Octopus IO, Lead Post and HubSpot.

- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools.

- Ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.

- Proficiency in creating and managing marketing campaigns.

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

*Preferred Qualifications*

- Experience in a similar role.

- Experience in the emergency medical services field is a plus, but not required.

- Background in healthcare or emergency medical sector.

- Preference given to residents of MN, NC, and AZ

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.01 - $22.99 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
