Job Description:

As a Marketing Specialist at Scrubs on Wheels, you will be at the forefront of our marketing efforts. This hybrid role combines a data-driven marketing strategy with graphic design expertise to create campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales. This is an exciting opportunity for a self-starter who is eager to work on and build a variety of impactful marketing and design projects.

Qualifications:

• Ability to execute designs in print and digital formats.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator) and preparing files for print.
• Comfortable working in Microsoft Excel.
• Self-starter attitude, willing to take ownership of projects.
• Creative mindset and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Ability to make data-driven marketing decisions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Marketing Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans across print and digital channels.
• Create and maintain brand identity guidelines.
• Manage social media accounts and email campaigns strategically, employing data-driven strategies to enhance brand presence and engagement.
• Write and edit marketing copy for websites, emails, blogs, and advertisements.
• Utilize analytics tools to monitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
• Drive innovative, entrepreneurial projects to further promote our brand.

Design Responsibilities

• Design eye-catching graphics for web, social media, print, and events.
• Produce engaging visuals, including flyers, banners, brochures, and ads.
• Create and maintain brand identity guidelines.
• Edit and maintain images and other multimedia assets as needed.
• Stay updated on design trends to ensure content remains fresh and relevant.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, graphic design, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in marketing and graphic design.
• Design work examples or portfolio

Bonus Experience

• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and WordPress or similar CMS platforms.
• Working knowledge in video editing.

• Location: Elkhart, Indiana.
• Occasional travel may be required.
