The Marketing Specialist supports the Marketing and Communications Department in marketing project management, writing and editing, and content management across all marketing vehicles.  

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Develops and produces internal and external marketing materials for print and digital collateral, presentations, websites, intranet content, press releases and more
2. Researches, writes and edits copy for a wide variety of communication deliverables
3. Manages and writes content for collateral, presentations, website, intranet/SharePoint and more
4. Manages Constellis' social media pages (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Glassdoor)
5. Coordinates logistics for tradeshows and supports company at events as required
6. Researches speaking opportunities and assists in speaker proposals
7. Researches industry award opportunities and assists in award submissions
8. Researches advertising opportunities and assists in creative production
9. Develops internal reports for marketing and media initiatives
10. Coordinates marketing material fulfillment requests and shipments
11. Manages and promotes company brand
12. Supports recruiting and HR efforts through strategic marketing and communication campaign development, creative and engagement
13. Other duties as assigned

 QUALIFICATIONS 

1. Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications or Journalism
2. Minimum of five years working in a marketing and communications role preferred 
3. Minimum of five years solid writing, editing and research experience, preferably within the services industry preferred
4. Knowledge of AP style and portfolio required
5. Graphic design, Canva, and Adobe InDesign experience a plus
6. Marketo experience a plus
7. WordPress experience a plus
8. Depth in web technology, social media tools and metrics
9. Solid project management skills
10. Creative eye for layout and design
11. Experience in recruiting and HR communications and campaigns a plus
12. Drive for excellence and detail-orientation with high standards for quality
13. Excellent oral and written communication skills
14. Proactive and eager to facilitate initiatives internally
15. Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
16. Demonstrated ability to handle a variety of assignments simultaneously
17. Ability to work under deadline pressure and extra hours if required

 WORKING CONDITIONS

Work is typically based in a busy office environment and subject to frequent interruptions. Business work hours are Monday-Friday standard core hours, however some extended or weekend hours may be required.
