One of our local Financial institutions is looking for a Marketing Manager to join their team.

This role is:

• Direct hire / Full Time
• Onsite in Southfield, MI
   

In this role, as a Marketing Manager, you will:

• Manage 2-3 direct reports and carry out management responsibilities including coaching, interviewing, hiring, training team members, etc.
• Assist with the development and execution of strategic plans
• Ongoing oversight of websites to ensure it's up-to-date and accessible
• Monitor reports for web, email, and other digital tools
• Develop advertising and promotional campaigns, including concept creation, drafting headlines, writing copy
• Assist with creating and managing marketing budgets
   

The ideal Marketing Manager will have:

• 5+ years experience in a Marketing management role
• Experience using email marketing platforms and CMS systems, managing websites, social media, and advertising campaigns
• Experience with Salesforce, Sprout Social and basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong writing, editing, and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with vendor management and contract negotiation
• Ability to work efficiently as part of a team and solo with good communication skills
