We are seeking a full-time Marketing Manager to join our team! This is a primarily remote position that will have some in-person requirements, so we are looking to hire someone in the immediate Los Angeles area. You will be responsible for implementing our marketing campaigns (including email marketing and social media presence). The Marketing Manager will help drive enrollment growth by positioning and promoting the institute's skill-development courses through targeted campaigns, content, and partnerships that accurately reflect course value.
Responsibilities:
- editing and sending e-mail marketing campaigns for upcoming events;
- overseeing our digital advertising and marketing campaigns including our social media presence;
- creating effective social media posts, and engaging with our followers;
- editing occasional print advertisements;
- updating and maintaining company websites;
- inputting and updating contacts in our database program.
What we Need:
- Prior office experience;
- Prior management experience is a plus;
- Personal skills: reliability, responsibility, and commitment to a job well done;
- Extremely organized with a high degree of attention to detail and follow direction;
- Self-starter with a desire to continually learn new skills and grow;
- Computer savvy; capable of using office software across all platforms;
- Self-reliant;
- Familiarity with social media strategies, best practices, and ethics;
- Ability to create eye-catching graphics is a plus;
- Understanding of basic web design tools (html, wordpress) is a plus.
