Marketing Intern, Must Be A College Student!

Hi, RadList CEO here! Let's make it simple:

General Info:
1. You will work for 2-3 MONTHS, remotely.
2. You seek EXPERIENCE. So, you will get to work at a Startup that will blow the internet with your help. We will become the next TikTok.
3. At the end of 2-3 months ONE INTERN with the best results will earn $2,000 and we will offer you a paid position at our Startup (yes, there will be other interns just like you who will be doing the same work).

You Need To Know Before We Start:
1. RadList is something like a Social Media Platform. But not EXACTLY!
2. It's Super Hard to get the first users on a Social Media Platform.
3. We will be doing some CREATIVE and HYPE stuff. It's the only way!

So, What Exactly Is RadList?
It's an App (available on AppStore and Google Play). It's like TierList Maker. It's an app that ranks anything and anyone. Users can create lists and these lists turn into a ranking because others get to rank them too. Quick examples:
1. Top Fictional Characters I Should Hire to Work at SpaceX | By Elon Musk
2. My Ex-Boyfriends Ranked By Hotness | By Taylor Swift
or a very generic list like:
3. Best Marvel Movies

So, What You Are Required To Do:
1. You will be managing 21 accounts on the RadList App (10 Random user accounts, 10 Parody Celebrity Accounts, and your own account as well).
2. Come up with Crazy, Controversial, Funny, Ridiculous, or just Interesting Lists.
3. Publish these lists under the accounts that you are managing on RadList.
4. Create fake engagement on RadList with your 21 accounts (comments, rankings, following other users, etc.)
5. We are on X (formerly Twitter), Instagram, TikTok, YouTube. So, we will be duplicating these lists on Social Media Platforms and sharing them like crazy. You will be required to share these interesting lists with your friends too (Just for Fun).

Requirements:
1. Be a College Student (Gen-Z).
2. Be active on TikTok, IG, or YouTube, and you know the latest trends.
3. Have at least 500 followers on one of the platforms.
4. You are interested in pursuing Marketing or already studying Marketing.

BIG BIG BIG Advantage if you are one of these:
1. K-POP Fan (you know everything about K-Pop).
2. You know a lot about Video Games because you are a Gamer. Also Video Game Lores, you know them all.
3. Streamer (Twitch, YouTube, etc.).
4. Big Movie Fan (like you know your actors and directors and all of it).
5. Big Sports Fan.

Pay: $1.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
