Duties:
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to achieve company objectives
- Oversee all aspects of marketing, including branding, advertising, and promotional activities
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
- Create and execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and vendors
- Collaborate with sales and aviation teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with overall business goals
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing

Requirements
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of copywriting, social media marketing, product management, print advertising, marketing automation, Adobe Creative Suite, Google Analytics, HTML5, digital marketing, and e-commerce
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to think creatively and strategically
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Additional Duties Include: Aerial Mapping, Answering Phone Calls, Listing Job Openings and other duties as needed.
