Marketing Coordinator Position Summary

We’re looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings strong skills in graphic design, content creation, and WordPress. This role supports brand-building efforts, helps generate leads, and ensures professional execution of both digital and print marketing initiatives. You’ll collaborate closely with the Marketing Manager on a variety of projects while helping maintain brand consistency and timely communication across all channels.

Marketing Coordinator Key Responsibilities

• Create visually engaging graphics for use in social media, digital ads, email campaigns, flyers, trade shows, and print collateral
• Maintain and update website content using WordPress, including landing pages, blog posts, banners, and event listings
• Support the planning, execution, and follow-up of marketing events and community sponsorships
• Assist in writing and formatting monthly emails, blog posts, and social media content
• Ensure all marketing materials follow brand guidelines and quality standards
• Collaborate with the sales team to produce marketing materials for local promotions and home shows
• Keep marketing project timelines organized and on track using internal systems
• Coordinate with vendors on design files, print orders, promo materials, and event logistics
• Contribute to campaign reporting and performance tracking
• Help manage the department’s shared calendar of marketing projects and events

Marketing Coordinator Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in marketing, graphic design, or digital content roles
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and/or Canva
• Experience editing websites with WordPress or similar CMS platforms
• Basic understanding of email marketing, social media platforms, and file prep for print
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a team environment

Marketing Coordinator Work Environment

• Office-based role with occasional travel to events or branch locations
• Monday–Friday schedule
• Professional, creative, and deadline-driven atmosphere

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $53,204.75 - $64,074.54 per year
