Your Responsibilities

As a Market Share Analyst for Marketing Communications and Insights (MCI), you will be responsible for gathering timely and accurate global Deere and industry sales data and providing it in adaptable formats to other groups at Deere for use in analysis, marketing and strategic planning, dealer conversations and incentives, metrics, and more.

• Analytics Capability to create and implement process tools for audit, accuracy and efficiency.
• Gather Deere sales data, Industry Data and make it available through website, dashboards, and EDL.
• Work with Trade Associations to provide Deere data and receive aggregated industry sales data.
• Manage product, dealer, AOR, geography, and crop data used by Market Share system.
• Research and answer questions about Market Share data and website

This position offers remote or onsite options. If you would like to sit onsite, you can report into Moline, IL, Des Moines, IA, Cary, NC or Olathe, KS locations.

What Skills You Need

• Experience using one or more visualization tools (e.g., PowerBI, Tableau, etc.)
• (3 or more years of experience) Using one or more coding languages (SQL, R, Python, PySpark, etc.)
• (3 or more years of experience) Strong data & analytics experience using Databricks, Enterprise Data Lake (EDL), DB2.
• Demonstrated innovative skills that meet the needs of the global Sales & Marketing organization.

What Makes You Stand Out

• Background or proven experience in mining data for analytics insights.
• Experience in communicating effectively to both technical and non-technical audience.
• Experience with marketing, sales, and/or retail channel.

Education

Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:

• Computer Science, Math, Statistics, Engineering, Business & Analytics, or equivalent quantitative fields
