Micro Tech is seeking multiple Manufacturing Associates needed for an opportunity with a paying $18/HR. working full time, Monday through Friday 6:00AM- 2:30PM with overtime available if desired.

Job Duties (Will be trained for candidates willing to learn new skill):

• Brazes (bonds) together components to assemble metal parts as specified by layout, work order or blueprints, using hand torch: aligns and clamps work pieces together, using rule, square or template or sets up and places them in fixtures, jigs or vise
• May assemble simple electrical wiring circuit, controls and recording devices
• Cuts, bends, swages and deburrs tubing utilizing blueprints, piping diagrams, schematics, technical manuals and other specifications
• Assembles, mounts and adjusts compressors, condensers, oil separators, expansion tanks and other components in specified location per blueprints, piping diagrams, schematics, technical manuals and other specifications
• Selects torch tip, flux and brazing alloy from data charts or work orders

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Must be a US Citizen or Green Card Holder/Permanent Resident (ITAR compliance)
• 1+ years manufacturing experience
• Proficiency in the use of schematics, blueprints and piping diagrams
• Will observe and adhere to all safety rules and practices
• Maintain work area and equipment in a clean, orderly, hazard-free condition, reporting all defective equipment or hazardous conditions
• Perform other related duties as required by management
