We are seeking an energetic and strategic Managing Partner to lead our innovative AI SaaS startup. As a Managing Partner, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, developing business opportunities, and fostering a high-performance culture—all while sharing in the company's success through equity and revenue share arrangements. Duties

  1. Lead the overall management and strategic planning of the startup to ensure sustainable growth and market competitiveness
  2. Oversee business development initiatives to attract new clients, partnerships, and revenue streams

  4. Supervise operational teams, ensuring effective project management and process improvements across departments

Compensation Disclosure

This opportunity is a 100% commission-based revenue share arrangement. No salary, hourly pay, benefits, draws, advances, or guaranteed compensation are provided. Compensation is earned solely through the agreed-upon share of revenue generated by customers acquired through and on the Abelion platform. Individual results will vary, and no earnings or income levels are guaranteed.

Preferred Qualifications:

Strong background in software development, SaaS platforms, or no-code/low-code solutions such as Base44 is highly preferred. Candidates should have a solid understanding of both front-end and back-end operations, including how web applications, databases, integrations, workflows, automations, APIs, and user-facing features work together. Experience with AI-powered platforms, business software, CRM systems, or process automation is a plus. The selected partner will help oversee customer support, assist with future platform development and feature planning, provide user feedback and testing, and play an active role in the day-to-day operations, growth, and ongoing success of the business. Strong communication, problem-solving abilities, and a willingness to learn are essential. No formal degree is required; relevant experience, technical aptitude, and the ability to contribute to a growing software platform are valued most.

Partnership Overview

This opportunity allows the selected partner to operate through their own LLC or business entity if desired. The partner will assume primary responsibility for the day-to-day operations, growth, customer support, sales, and future development of Abelion. Please note that Abelion is currently a pre-revenue startup with no paying customers, and there is no guaranteed income or salary. The current project owner will remain involved as a hands-off strategic advisor, providing guidance when needed, while operational control and execution will primarily rest with the selected partner.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
