A leading software and database solutions company is seeking an experience Legal Operations professional with expertise with Ironclad migrations to assist the company on an interim/contract basis (full time, 40 hours per week, for 3 months).

Pay Rate: $40 - $55 / hour

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the implementation of Ironclad by building and optimizing workflows tailored to the company's needs.
• Manually review and tag legacy contracts uploaded to Ironclad to ensure proper categorization and accessibility.
• Collaborate with the internal legal team to streamline contract management processes.
• Provide support for any ad-hoc projects related to contract lifecycle management and legal operations.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in legal operations, with a focus on contract management systems.
• Familiarity with Ironclad and experience in building workflows within the platform.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage and organize large volumes of contracts.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
