Here’s what you’ll do...

• Preview and tour luxury apartment communities
• Personal marketing and lead generation
• Engage and follow up with prospective clients
• Schedule and conduct property tours
• Advise your clients on their leasing or sales journey
• Attend industry events
• Build relationships and partnerships with other industry professionals
• Create lifelong relationships with your clients

Here’s what we need from you…

• Valid leasing agent or broker license in Illinois, if you’re not currently licensed we have options
• 1+ years of real estate experience a plus,but not required
• Self-sufficient and motivated and competitive by nature
• Strong work ethic
• Availability to work weekends
• Willingness to meet people face to face
• Excellent customer service and relationship building skills
• Professional and personable with great communication and time management skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Extensive knowledge of downtown Chicago neighborhoods, nightlife, dining, and entertainment
• Smartphone, car, and laptop/computer for work purposes
• Most importantly – a desire to continuously improve and hone your skill set

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
