You will be working in the field with company equipment on completions, drilling, midstream and production sites for multiple oil and gas companies in the Permian and Haynesville shales. In addition to field work, you will be involved in applications engineering and project planning including making real time assessments and adjustments to project plans and engineering designs to maximize system performance.
At least 2+ years experience in gas field operations/engineering
Knowledge of how to operate and maintain various gas field process equipment, including pressure control devices, line heaters, gas meters, gas compression units, filtration vessels, and remote monitoring equipment
Ability to pass customer, company, and regulatory safety and operator qualification programs
Possess a valid driver's license and meet company insurability requirements
Ability to read and interpret P&IDs and other construction and fabrication drawings
Basic computer skills of MS Office, operating systems, company software, some PLC and HMI controls
Bachelors degree in an Engineering discipline relevant to the gas industry from an ABET accredited school is required**
