VACATION - Between 10 ‐ 25 days of Vacation time depending on years of law enforcement experience
SICK LEAVE - 12 days per year
PERSONAL LEAVE - 5 days per year
COMP LEAVE - Can hold, roll over, or cash out up to 240 hours a year
HOLIDAYS - 13 paid holidays—Lump sum check at the end of the year
HEALTH INSURANCE - Health, Dental, and Eye coverage, Flex Account and HRA Account, Health Insurance Buyout Available
LIFE INSURANCE - $10,000 at no cost to employees
SPECIALTY INCENTIVES - Additional pay for being an ET, AIT, Safe Driving, and passing a Fitness Test
LONGEVITY INCENTIVES - $885 ‐ $2,565 Depending on years of service
PATROL SCHEDULE - 4 on/2 off - 8 hour shifts, Set shifts (A‐watch, B‐watch, C‐watch)

We credit 1 year for every 2 years of previous service for longevity and lifetime health
