Job Title: Jr. Digital Marketing Developer

Location: Hybrid (In-office & Remote)

Job Type: Full-time

Salary Range: $55,000 – $75,000 per year

About the Role

Range is seeking a Jr. Digital Marketing Developer with a unique blend of technical and marketing skills. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You’ll be responsible for building marketing applications, developing automations, improving tracking, and ensuring top-quality work for both Range and its clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop digital marketing applications, automations, and tracking solutions
• Use data to optimize functionality, SEO, and conversion rates of client websites and apps
• Manage projects and development tasks according to client timelines and specifications
• Write clear technical documentation for internal and client use
• Perform QA testing to ensure high-quality deliverables
• Stay up-to-date with emerging programming and marketing technologies
• Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes
• Meet project deadlines and exceed expectations

Required Skills & Experience

• Programming: Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP
• Tracking: Experience implementing tracking via tag managers or CDI platforms
• Email Automation: Ability to code responsive HTML email templates
• E-commerce: Familiarity with platforms like Shopify
• Project Management: Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Multi-tasking: Comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Entrepreneurial Mindset: Self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and helps build processes
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Teamwork: Collaborative, accountable, and proactive

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• 3–4 years of programming experience with a focus on web and digital marketing
• 3+ years of experience using Google Sheets or Excel
• Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Experience working in small teams or startups is a plus
