Design Group is recruiting for a Junior Digital Designer to join our Ecommerce team in a remote work opportunity.

WHAT WILL I DO IN THIS ROLE?
In this role, you will create and produce digital design solutions for a variety of uses including company websites, product graphics, email campaigns, and social media graphics across DGA brands.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Design and execute layouts and marketing assets for multiple websites and brands including landing pages, digital marketing, social media, site banners, newsletters, mobile interfaces, etc.
• Think creatively and develop new design concepts, graphics, and layouts for digital marketing efforts based on continued research of market shifts and trends.
• Maintain and manage internal asset library.
• Take direction from Digital Design Manager and work in a collaborative team environment.
• Effectively communicate creative ideas and prioritize user experience in design work.
• Envision how assets will function across multiple interfaces when designing digital assets.

WHAT SKILLS DO I NEED?

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field or equivalent level of on-the-job training.
• 1+ years of relevant digital design experience.
• Excellent sense of design principles and typography with strong portfolio work.
• Expert skills in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Expertise in retouching, photo manipulation and composite skills.
• Working knowledge of HTML and CSS.
• Knowledge of ADA and WCAG compliance.
• Experience designing in the digital space for fashion and consumer products preferred.
