Honey Creek Resort is looking for a Tech Technician to join our team. This position is responsible for providing support to our customers and internal teams. The Tech Technician will work closely with the customer service team and support staff, as well as the sales team to resolve customer issues.

Qualifications

• A minimum of two years of experience in an IT role, preferably in a Server or Networking environment
• A minimum of two years of experience in a Server or Networking environment, preferably in a Moravia, IA based company
• A minimum of two years of experience working with Microsoft products (Windows, Office, etc.)
• A minimum of two years of experience working with networking equipment (routers, switches, etc.)
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
• Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
• Strong problem solving skills
• Strong computer skills (preferably with Windows 10)
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Strong knowledge of networking equipment (routers, Switches, Switches-NAT, IPsec, etc.)and its associated software (IOS, IPConfig) is a plus
• Experience with Microsoft 365 is a plus
• Experience with Cisco Meraki is a plus
