The Clay Cooley Auto Group is currently seeking a full-time internet salesperson for our expanding dealership! We are looking for honest, hardworking, positive team players who are driven and ready to learn!

You will learn how to sell yourself, your organization, and your product which makes this the perfect entry level position for the automotive industry!

Job Duties:

• Make outbound phone calls and receive inbound call center phone calls
• Set sales and service appointments
  • Respond and book to internet
  • SOP requests and accessory sales
  • Service reminders
  • Review and survey service/prospect follow-up
• Establish and maintain good working relations within dealership departments; promote seamless transition of customer relationship to sales and service departments
• Relay product knowledge and standards via internet sources (i.e. email, social media, etc.)
• Follow all company policies and procedures. Demonstrate behaviors consistent with Clay Cooley Auto Group values in all interactions with customers, employees, and vendors while prospecting via the internet

Job Requirements:

• 18 years of age or older.
• General familiarity with a variety of automobiles
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Basic computer and phone skills
