Position Details:

The Technical Writer will focus on documenting policies & procedures to align with audit & regulatory requirements. This is an immediate need the Technical Writer will assist in aligning the organization’s documentation around all IT policies, procedures, and standards.

Top Skills:

• Experience documenting IT & Security policies & standards and mapping IT policies & standards to processes and controls
• Experience writing policies to a process, a requirement, or a control (For IT or Security Governance)
• Experience authoring process flows, process mapping & diagrams in Vizio or Lucid
• Strong experience owning stakeholder reviews, edits, and approvals
• Experience documenting any of the following processes: ITIL, NIST, CIS, FFIEC, or PCI
