Job Skills Needed:

• Ability to safely use common power and hand tools
• HVAC knowledge and repair skills (Preferred)
• Experience installing and replacing plumbing systems
• Strong communication skills with property management and tenants
• Self-starter with good time management skills

Responsibilities:

• Perform electrical repairs in community areas, including lights.
• Ensure mechanical equipment is in working order and fixed as necessary.
• Complete general building cleaning and maintenance. Repair and paint doors, windows, walls, ceilings, roofs and other parts of the building.
• In addition to tolerating a variety of conditions, you need to be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to climb ladders.
• Ability to organize and schedule one's own work assignments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
