We have a tight-knit dev team of 8 looking to add another strong developer to our ranks! This would be FULLY REMOTE and Ideally be located in the Eastern Time Zone to support our nationwide operations.

• Position Overview: As a Ruby On Rails Developer, you will be responsible for developing the back-end of web applications, ensuring that they are built with optimal performance, scalability, and security. You will also be an integral part of the team, ensuring that the front-end components and back-end components fit together seamlessly and that the web applications are modern and user-friendly.
• Key Responsibilities:
• Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Ruby code.
• Integrate user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server-side logic.
• Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle.
• Help maintain code integrity and organization.
• Implement security measures to protect data.
• Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to address and mitigate them.
• Perform code reviews and suggest improvements.
• Qualifications:
• 5 - 7+ years of Ruby on Rails experience
• 3 - 5+ years of React experience
• PostgreSQL experience is a plus
• MUST BE WILLING TO BE ON CALL FOR EMERGENCY SITUATIONS (VERY RARE BUT THEY COME UP)

• Competitive Base Salary: $140,000 - $185,000
