🔧 What You’ll Be Doing

• Train and mentor franchise install teams on epoxy flooring best practices
• Create and enforce SOPs to boost quality and efficiency
• Conduct on-site quality checks across franchise locations
• Support commercial sales with streamlined install workflows
• Monitor and improve project COGS performance

• A coatings pro with 10+ years in epoxy or related trades?

• ✅ At least 10 years of hands-on experience in epoxy or coatings
• ✅ Proven leadership in team training and mentoring

• ✅ Willing to travel nationwide for field-based work
