Role Description

This is a 1099 contract role for a Field Technician with JBG Solutions, LLC based in Southern WI. The Field Technician will be responsible for conducting repairs, installations, and upgrades for various QSR technology components including drive-thru systems, timers, cameras, digital menu boards, POS (point of sale) systems, and more. The Field Technician will work closely with restaurant staff to ensure minimal downtime and provide exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Experience with QSR technology repair and installation
• Knowledge of drive-thru systems, timers, cameras, and digital menu boards
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and diagnosing technical issues
• Ability to perform repairs and replacements in a timely manner
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions
• Experience in the restaurant industry is a plus
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
