The position is off-hours, nights and weekends (Friday and Saturday 1am-9am and Sunday and Monday 5:30-1:30am). The position has the opportunity to grow to full time and beyond. This position is ideal for someone looking to get their foot in the door in the IT industry.

Duties include:
* Troubleshooting a variety of hardware issues
* Support and maintain datacenter servers
* Racking servers for installation
* Ethernet and fiber cabling
* Cleaning datacenter space
* Monitoring and repair/escalation for approx 6k datapoints
* Responding to alerts promptly
* Escalating problems to senior staff if need be
* Assist co-located customers

Minimum requirements:
* Basic network troubleshooting knowledge (ping, traceroute)
* Some experience with Linux command line
* Willing to learn
* Able to work without much supervision
