Elite Roofing is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join the team!

We’re hiring for a dynamic marketing coordinator to bring our brand to the next level. As a member of the marketing team, you’ll assist our marketing consultant with the implementation and execution of marketing campaigns through promotional materials, creative content, advertising strategies, and social media. The ideal candidate for this position balances creativity with structure, can effectively work with a team to bring great ideas to life, and is committed to on-brand quality work. Responsibilities

Digital Marketing:

Manage the Company's social media channels.
Develop engaging and relevant content for blog posts, articles, newsletters, and social media platforms.
Curate and create content including short/long-form posts, images and videos (creative captions, editing, storytelling, etc.)
Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) And Analytics.
Manage SEMrush account and handle keyword reports, local ads and competitor data.
Monitor and manage online reputation and customer reviews, responding promptly to feedback or inquiries.
Review monthly statistics for website and social media traffic, engagement, and lead generation.

Collateral Development

Create and maintain marketing materials, such as brochures and mailer.
Ensure brand consistency across all marketing collateral, including website content, social media platforms, brochures, and presentations.
Assist with marketing mailers.

Event Coordination

Plan and coordinate industry events, trade shows, and community outreach programs to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
Manage logistics, including booth setup, promotional materials, and post-event follow-up.

Qualifications:

2 or more years of experience in an ad agency environment or related environment.
Should be an experienced communicator with solid project management skills.
Candidate should have their finger on the pulse of the current marketing landscape.
4-year degree in Marketing, Journalism, Business, or related field preferred.
Strong understanding of marketing systems, public relations, brand messaging, and social platforms.

The person most likely to succeed in this position will possess:

Proven experience in marketing coordination or a similar role, preferably in the construction or roofing industry.
Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms, including SEO, social media, email marketing, and analytics.
Proficiency in graphic design software and content management systems is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently when required.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $42,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
