As a Digital Content Specialist, you will play a crucial role in crafting compelling and engaging content across various digital platforms. Your expertise will drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and support our overall digital marketing strategy.

This role is hybrid in Nashville, TN.

Responsibilities:

• Content Creation: Develop high-quality and innovative content for websites, blogs, social media, email marketing, and other digital channels. Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with the brand's voice, objectives, and target audience.
• SEO Optimization: Implement SEO best practices to improve the visibility of the digital content. Conduct keyword research, optimize content for search engines, and track performance using relevant tools.
• Multimedia Content: Utilize graphic design, photography, and video editing skills to create visually appealing multimedia content for various digital platforms.
• Content Calendar: Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure a consistent and timely flow of content across all digital channels.
• Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze the performance of digital content using analytics tools. Provide insightful reports and recommendations to improve content effectiveness
   

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Digital Content Specialist or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse digital content.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Proficiency in SEO strategies and content management systems (CMS).
   

Compensation: $60,000-$70,000

Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
