What You Will Be Doing

This is an in-office role in our downtown Chicago office. Once settled into the role, 1 day per week can be work from home.

In this role you will be:

-Reviewing financial statements and conducting research on properties that may be acquired
-Determine and verify cash flow from potential properties by reviewing appropriate documents
-Work with engineering, HVAC and roofing contractors to coordinate due diligence efforts
-Review due diligence results and complete with transaction underwriting

What You Need for this Position

-2+ years of real estate experience focusing on due diligence for properties
-Prior due diligence experience at a bank, title company, or commercial real estate firm preferred
